2022-23 STRENGTH/WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM (PB STRONG) SCHEDULE

Each six (6) Week Session/Course consists of six (6) LIVE ZOOM classes (1x/Week) using PB Academy's periodized (systematic progression) PHASE I STRENGTH/WEIGHT TRAINING SYSTEM. You will learn proper lifting techniques, optimal set and repetition ranges enabling you to
get stronger, gain muscle and definition!
