ROUND 2: VFF STRENGTH/WEIGHT TRAINING PHASE I >> OCT 26 - DEC 14, 2022

 

 

Each seven (7) Week Session/Course consists of six (7) LIVE ZOOM classes (1x/Week) using Phoenix Boxing's periodized (systematic progression) PHASE I STRENGTH/WEIGHT TRAINING SYSTEM. You will learn proper lifting techniques. set and repitition ranges enabling your body to adapt and improving muscle and strength development/improvements

- Stability Ball appropriate for your height
- Dumbells (individual bumbells or adjustable dumbells
*Ranging from apprx 5lbs - 40/50lbs+)
