A) PWP BOXER GOAL/CHALLENGE:

  2000+ punches in 60 minutes 

B) PWP BOXOLOGY:

4 boxers per heavy bag rotating every 20 seconds 

= each boxer has 60 seconds/1 minute off/rest interevals

= 20 seconds punching (ON) & 60 seconds (OFF)

Your coaches will outline and demo the specific PWP Training plan/skills in class demos and it will differ from Level 1 - 6 regular weekly training/skills 

 PWP 2025 WILL OCCUR IN WEEK 6 OF ROUND 5 = SUNDAY JUNE 8TH

C) PWP BREAKDOWN/FORMULA:

23 reps in 20 seconds (in & out 1-2s ) = 46 total punches

x 45 punching intervals/sets in 60 minutes 

= 46 punches (23 in & out 1-2 reps) x 45 intervals/sets = 2,070 total punches 

 D) VOLUNTEERS NEEDED + SPECTATORS WELCOME:

- Counters & Hydration Heros needed

- Friends and family welcome to come and watch 

D) FUNDRAISING 101: HOW IT HAPPENS 

- Personal/Individual + Company/Corporate

E) 2025 PWP-CHEO FUNDRAISING GOAL 

- Start with $15,000.00 and see if we can beat $30,000.00+ from last year! 

F) 2025 PWP DATE & SCHEDULE:

- Sunday June 8, 2025

- Teams of 4 boxers per heavy bag x 3 heavy bags = 12 boxers per hour

= MAXIMUM OF 48 PWP BOXERS 

= 12 BOXERS (3 TEAMS X 4 BOXER) PER HOUR + 6 COUNTERS

= FOUR (4) ONE (1) HOUR TIME SLOTS

- Group 1: 9am - 10am (12 Boxers + 6 Counters)

- Group 2: 10:30am - 11:30am  (12 Boxers + 6 Counters)

- Group 3: 12:00pm - 1:00pm   (12 Boxers + 6 Counters)

- Group 4: 1:30pm - 2:30pm    (16 Boxers + 6 Counters)
