Nutritional Consultation

Individual consultation sessions are held one-on-one. We will do an assessment of your current health, diet and lifestyle and talk about what your health goals are and make a plan how to reach those goals.
**As a Holistic Nutritionist, my belief is that we all are biochemically unique, therefore, it is important to me to learn as much about you as I can and from there create a comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle plan that take into account your unique needs; health and activity level, age, stress level, budget and interests.
