BLOCK 2.5 >> JUNE 20 - JULY 5, 2022 

 

Each 6 Week Course consists of (SMALL GROUP MAX 6 BOXERS) classes (1x/Week) using Phoenix Boxing's Skill, Strength & Conditioning System; periodized (systematic progression) circuit training classes consisting of 2-3 minute rounds/stations of shadow boxing, heavy bag, hand pads, skipping & body weight strength & core exercises. You will learn, practice and master traditional boxing techniques, drills and skills. 
ROOKIES CAN REGISTER FOR A COURES(S)
OR PRIVATE SESSIONS IN ANY BLOCK/COURSE.

OUR COACHES WILL CHALLENGE YOU MENTALLY & PHYSICALLY TO BREAK THROUGH SELF-IMPOSED LIMITS ENABLING YOU TO

Despite the removal of COVID-19 Restrictions regarding Vaccine Passports and capacity limits; Champagne Fitness Centre's closure will be extended
due to needed restoration work termed "Lifecycle Program" = construction on the structural foundation of the building for 3 months starting in April
and re-open in August when the work is completed.
