Each 6 Week Course consists of (SMALL GROUP MAX 6 BOXERS) classes (1x/Week) using Phoenix Boxing's Skill, Strength & Conditioning System; periodized (systematic progression) circuit training classes consisting of 2-3 minute rounds/stations of shadow boxing, heavy bag, hand pads, skipping & body weight strength & core exercises. You will learn, practice and master traditional boxing techniques, drills and skills. ROOKIES CAN REGISTER FOR A COURES(S) OR PRIVATE SESSIONS IN ANY BLOCK/COURSE.
