Each six (6) Week Session/Course consists of six (6) LIVE ZOOM classes (1x/Week) using Phoenix Boxing's periodized (systematic progression) PHASE I STRENGTH/WEIGHT TRAINING SYSTEM. You will learn proper lifting techniques. set and repitition ranges enabling your body to adapt and improving muscle and strength development/improvements
+ ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT: 30 minute Zoom 1 on 1 Coaching (x 1/session)

- Stability Ball appropriate for your height
- Dumbells (individual bumbells or adjustable dumbells
*Ranging from apprx 5lbs - 40/50lbs+)
